Enjoyed a 4-star stay with a hammam, terrace, and Italian cuisine in the restaurant. Also, had the privilege of a continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Fantastic garden views and a refreshing drink at the bar.

The rooms at 10 Keys Milano are absolutely fantastic! They are air-conditioned and have everything you need, like a desk, coffee machine, fridge, minibar. And let me tell you, the flat-screen TV with cable channels is awesome for chilling out after a day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't care much for the bidet in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

Location is excellent, only a tram ride away from Milan Central Station and close to the center. Walk five minutes for a tasty seafood dinner or head back to your spacious room with a gorgeous bathroom, complete with a turkish bath system. The minibar is stocked with everything you need and the staff is polite and helpful. The hotel itself is small and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Although, make sure you buzz in at the entrance.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great choice! The staff was super friendly and available 24/7. The rooms were newly renovated and soundproof, we didn't hear any noise from the outside. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions. We loved the fact that we could enjoy room service and have dessert in the room. , the custom-made eggs for breakfast were delicious!

Sadly, there were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and even though the staff did everything they could to make it right, we had to keep the windows open to stay cool.

The room we stayed in was luxurious, with marble floors and a beautiful bathroom. We loved the Turkish sauna facility in the shower, although we didn't get a chance to use it.

The highlight was the bathroom, equipped with a shower that could transform into a relaxing Turkish bath/steam room. The housekeeping service was exceptional, going above and beyond by even folding my husband's clothes left scattered around. The staff here are truly incredible. Every single one of them was responsive, polite, and genuinely went out of their way to provide assistance. One staff member even offered to help us purchase metro tickets using his own credit card. I was truly impressed by their genuine care and hospitality. I can confidently say that when I return to Milan, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again for its enhanced comfort, quality services, and remarkable location.
